The Groups subseries, 1880-1928 and undated, consists of group portraits of various members of the Hauberg family. Most prominent are Hauberg's siblings (Amelia, Emma, Anna, Rosena, Louis, Elnora and Ada) and their families. There are also several family portraits from Marx Detlev Hauberg's 80th birthday and his wife, Anna's golden wedding anniversary. This subseries also includes some images from Hauberg Reunions.

The United Sunday School Boys Band subseries, 1909-1928 and undated, predominantly consistspredominantly of images of the band members on local and Big Hikes. Most of these are images of the boys at various locations and cooking on campfires. Also included are images of the band at performances around the Quad City area.

The Hampton, IL subseries, 1889-1926 and undated, bulk 1910-1920, mostly consists of images of the grounds of Marx Detlev Hauberg's farm and the surrounding countryside. Images of the farm, which was situated between Hampton, Illinois, Coe Township, Illinois, Port Byron, Illinois and Hillsdale, Illinois, were placed in this subseries for convenience.

Most notable are an image of the club's very first hike and its Big Hikes to the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Colorado and Mexico. Also included are several images depicting lyrics to the club's songs.
